Resigning up in the Navy with a 30% VA disability rating?

I was in the Navy for three years before I had an accident that caused me to partially sever my achilles tendon. I had surgery to repair it and it kept getting infected after that. I had a second surgey while I was in to clean it, then a third. Nothing seemed to work so I was told that they could try another surgery or I could take a medical discharge under honorable conditions. I didnt think it would ever change so I decided to get out. Well I was given a 30% rating from the VA, and eventually my leg was getting swollen and painful again so I went in to the VA to have another surgery. Well during that surgery they found about 3 feet of suchers ( doubt I spelled that right) that were in my leg that were trying to work themselves out. They removed them and I havent had a problem since. Now Ive been out almost 3 years Im about to finish college and would like to apply for OCS if it would be possible. I dont know if theyll let me or not. Any suggestions what I can do?
