Typo in my ALREADY SUBMITTED uw-madison essay :x will it ruin my chances?

I'm in-state, have a 3.6 gpa, 29 act, great letters of reccomendation, and good e.c.'s....i'm pretty much on the edge for admission. i typed the word giving as "gicing" and realized it just now, 2 weeks after i sent it in, and after 3 or 4 times of revising it. will this typo ruin my chances of getting in? it has been my dream to attend this school for as long as i can remember and i'm more nervous than i've ever been :/
