Ok well I was on youtube and on Miley and Mandy's account there is a video that sai R.I.P Miley Cyrus. I dont know if its true or not or miley and mandy are joking or there is a hacker! its confusing cuz i love miley but i dont really think its true but i wanna know for sure! HELP ME!!!! :)
