My parents wont let me learn how to drive?

Sounds more like you are jealous that your friends are driving and you are not. Your parents will undoubtedly have to finance your driving lessons, your insurance, your fuel, and all the other aspects of driving. When you are only 16, driving is not a necessity, it is a luxury. You will manage to fit it into yoru life at a later date, just because you feel it is more convinient for you now, does not mean that it is the right thing to do.
