A little help, i think my friend likes me..?

Its not really cheating if there aren't romantic feelings behind it, but its not respectful. How would you like it if he decided to go out a lot with some girl you didn't know and they spend time alone together and she kisses him on the cheek and is affectionate with him. You wouldn't feel comfortable with that would you? Its okay to have friends of the opposite but in a group setting. Spending so much one on one time is practically dating. Decide who's more important.
