Yes it is murder. Anyone who says it is not murder is a coward hiding behind "fighting for my nation" and "you don't know what it is like on the front lines". Belittling others is an act of cowardice from insecure persons. the scout sounds like a baby that needs to get laid (and not by raping, which I hear is popular with the "tough" guys in the army).
