Is this a medium/high end computer build?

yes for the price this is pretty good the only thing is you could get a better processer for the money a 2.6 is pretty good but i have seen 3.0 that are better off newegg though but i am glad you are shopping off newegg newegg rocks and cold cathodes are sick i reccomend a light wire coming from your hdd to make it look sicker and idk about the wow or crysis
