Can i install more than one anti-rootkit inside my pc ? Rootkit revealer + Sophos anti-rootkit ?

I use Avast home edition + Ad-Aware ( free )+ Spyware Blaster + Sophos antirootkit + Window defender + Threatfire + Nocut + Avast virus cleaner tool. Pls criticize it ! Thank you ^_^.
