I smoke once a month only. Is that ok ?

I hear girls love men smoking cigaretes because it gives them manly look. Only issue is with health effects of smoking. I think smoking once a month only should not have cause any health problems. I am doing this steadily for last 3 years so there are little chances I increase the consumption. Due to still believe any girl can reject me only because I smoke.....
