How do I get enough nerve to call my teacher?

Ok...so I had this wondeful teacher in 7th grade. It was in Kuwait. Well I moved to the U.S. 4 years ago, and I really miss her, and I just want to call her and tell her "thank you" because she pretty much encouraged me to study. Well...here is another thing...she doesn't work at that school anymore. I was really stupid not to get her e-mail or anything, even though she asked me to write her...can I call the school and ask where she works? Or should I e-mail every school in Kuwait and try to find out where she is? I am really desperate to talk to her, and I can't seem to get enough courage to call and be like "HIIIII!!!". I'm pretty sure she remembers me too...I hope...What should I do?
