Fantasty Baseball Trade: Should I trade Joe Saunders?

One guy in my league really wants Joe Saunders and he said he'd give me and I quote"ill give two pitchers or a pitcher and a player for him, P (floyd, percival, arroyo, wandy, kuroda) Players (Derosa, ankiel, matsui, hardy, hermida, drew, chavez)" Any suggestions?
