Chest pain, Shortness of breathe and rib discomfort.?

3 weeks ago I was diagnosed with Bronchitis. 3 days later I was rushed to the hospital from chest pains and being worried and then was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. My chest xray and EKG was normal and so were the blood tests. Im 21, quit smoking 3 weeks ago, no allergies. I take Xopenex, ibuprofen and strovite one. Why am I still having these pains that radiate around my chest? Its hard to breath and I get really dizzy... can someone please hel?
