A typical transcript will only include your semester grades. It would be unusual to include midterm grades, so I don't think you should worry. To be certain, ask your high school Dean of Academics or Guidance Counselor how grades are handled on a transcript.

Yes sperm can be seen under a microscope. It's actually quite fun to see. Sometimes it can appear in a urine sample. When you look in the microscope you may see moving and non-moving sperm. If its moving those sperm are still alive and vital while the ones floating are considered dead. Eventually after a couple of hours all the sperm will stop moving. They can be visible for hours as long as the slide doesn't dry up.

Why is it that Obama supporters automatically ume that if sommeone is not for Obama, it's automatically because we are some how being hypnotized and influenced by Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, and Glen Beck? Do you honestly that that is the only way we would not be for Obama? Do you really think that if it weren't for Fox News, Limbaugh, and Glen Beck, that we would be gushingly in love with Obama?
